  • Rights intact: 14 days of withdrawal from receipt for most products—subject to the legal exceptions you will see below, such as goods made to your specifications—and a 3-year legal warranty of conformity, under the terms of the TRLGDCU.
  • Conformity with the description: we guarantee that the equipment will correspond to the published technical description and what one could reasonably expect from it (arts. 115 et seq. TRLGDCU). Images and videos are for guidance only: the manufacturer may supply a more recent revision of the product or introduce minor aesthetic, packaging, or firmware changes, without this constituting a lack of conformity as long as the described characteristics and performance are maintained.
  • Traceability that also protects you: we document the condition, serial number, and seal of each piece of equipment upon shipment, and we video-record the opening of returns; this is your proof of the condition in which the goods were delivered.

Responsible use and your part

  • If you are thinking of returning it, keep it as you received it: without installing or activating it, with its seals, accessories, and packaging intact. This is how to ensure a full refund, without deductions.
  • Handling that exceeds inspection reduces value: handling the equipment beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and operation may result in a real, assessed, and case-by-case justified deduction (art. 108.2 TRLGDCU), never a fixed percentage. In particular: activating or registering the serial number, linking it to a manufacturer's account or app, circulating water through hydraulic equipment, unsealing probes, or installing software or consumables. Initial inspection of the product does not lead to a deduction.
  • The same item must be returned: withdrawal requires returning the supplied unit. Different equipment, or equipment with prior use, age, or wear prior to purchase, does not constitute a valid withdrawal.
  • Installation and cybersecurity, shared responsibility: this is technical hardware; you are responsible for correct installation, credentials, patches, and backups, while we deliver a compliant product. Q-TECH is not liable for damages resulting from poor installation, incorrect configuration, or omission of patches by the customer or third parties (in B2C, without prejudice to the legal warranty and liability for intent or negligence, arts. 86 and 130 TRLGDCU).
  • Delivery of bulky goods: delivery is made to the curb. B2C: transport risk is ours until physical delivery (art. 66 ter); we recommend noting visible damages on the delivery note and notifying us of breakages within 24-48 hours with photographs to activate the insurance. B2B: inspection and notation on the delivery note are mandatory; hidden damages must be reported within 24 hours (art. 366 CCom). Unjustified rejection or incorrect shipping information will entail the actual outbound and return costs (approx. €85-550 for heavy machinery).

Made to your measure (Advanced Pre-Assembly)

  • If your order includes equipment, racks, hydraulic assemblies, or technical rooms made or configured according to your specifications (permanent joints, custom cuts or wiring, parameterization, pressure testing), these are custom goods without the right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract (art. 103.c TRLGDCU; CJEU Case C-529/19), which is informed before purchasing and documented in the signed Order Note. A test you request without permanent modification retains your right of withdrawal, with only the actual loss of value caused by that test being deducted.   • The transaction is governed by the Commercial Code: firm sale, without the right of withdrawal; notification of defects within 4 days (apparent) / 30 days (hidden), arts. 336 and 342. Q-TECH acts as a distributor and excludes indirect damages, loss of profit, and data loss, limited to the price of the equipment, without prejudice to the manufacturer's commercial warranty.

What is the Wilo Yonos MAXO?

The Wilo Yonos MAXO is a Wilo circulator pump for heating and air conditioning in buildings that combines EEI ≤ 0.20 and up to 12.1 m of head. Its EC motor adjusts the power continuously. It fits into the pipework with a threaded connection and 180 mm port-to-port length, or with a DN 40 flange.

Control modes and functions

  • Constant (Δp-c) or variable (Δp-v) differential pressure: the pump adapts its power to the demand of the system.
  • Fixed speed with three curves (n constant), which Wilo provides for replacing uncontrolled pumps.
  • LED display showing the set head, the speed stage and fault codes.
  • Collective fault signal (SSM) through a volt-free contact, to send the alarm to the building management system.
  • Quick electrical connection with the Wilo plug and a blocking-current proof motor.
  • Expandable with the Wilo-Connect module Yonos MAXO, sold separately: external on and off, and run signal.

What problem does it solve?

In a building, the heating or air-conditioning circulator runs for many hours a year. An old uncontrolled pump always turns at the same speed, even when demand drops. A replacement with a different head or connection causes noise, cold zones or pipework changes.

The Wilo Yonos MAXO reduces that risk in three ways: three fixed speed stages for a direct swap, differential pressure control that matches consumption to demand, and a fault signal that makes maintenance easier.

Compatibility and limits

  • Hot-water heating systems, air conditioning, closed cooling circuits and industrial circulation systems, according to Wilo.
  • G 1½, G 2 or DN 40 flange connection: check the connection and port-to-port length of your current pump.
  • Fluid from −20 to 110 °C with ambient temperature up to 40 °C. Wilo sets a minimum suction head that rises with temperature: on the 25/0,5-7, 3 m at 50 °C and 10 m at 95 °C.
  • Maximum pressure of 10 bar and IPX4D protection class.
  • Grey cast iron housing: for domestic hot water, Wilo offers the Yonos MAXO-Z with a stainless steel housing.
  • The thermal insulation shell and the Wilo-Connect module Yonos MAXO are accessories and are ordered separately.

Which model do I need?

The one that matches your current pump in connection, port-to-port length and head. The first number shows the connection: 25 is a G 1½ thread, 30 is a G 2 thread and 40 is a DN 40 flange. The last number is the maximum nominal head in metres; if in doubt, send us a photo of your pump's rating plate on WhatsApp.

Can it replace an uncontrolled pump?

Yes, Wilo provides three fixed speed stages for replacing uncontrolled standard pumps. Its compact design and the Wilo plug make the swap simpler.

Is it suitable for domestic hot water?

No, its housing is grey cast iron. For domestic hot water, Wilo offers the Yonos MAXO-Z with a stainless steel housing.

Can it connect to the building management system?

Yes, as standard it gives a collective fault signal through a volt-free contact. With the Wilo-Connect module Yonos MAXO it adds external on and off and a run signal.

What is in the box?

The pump, the gaskets for the threaded connection and the installation and operating instructions. On the flanged model, Wilo includes washers for the flange bolts.

What is the delivery time?

Q-Tech installation and support

On new builds, the Wilo Yonos MAXO can arrive fitted in a pre-assembled plant room, ready to connect. Q-Tech assembles, configures and tests the plant room in its workshop, with safety, operation and pressure tests. The final connection is made by the site installer or Q-Tech, from one working day depending on the type and size of the plant room.
