UniFi NAS storage and UPS to keep your files safe and your network running
A UniFi NAS (UNAS) is a Ubiquiti file server that stores the documents, photos and backups of your business or home and is managed from the same platform as your UniFi network; a UniFi UPS keeps the gateway, the switches and the NAS running during a power cut. Q-Tech brings together the five UNAS NAS units and the three UniFi Power Tech UPS units.
The NAS units are sold without drives; the UPS units shut down UNAS and UNVR devices in an orderly way when a power cut lasts too long (UniFi OS 4.4.3 or later).

How to choose your UniFi NAS or UPS
- Rack or desktop. If you have a rack cabinet, a UNAS Pro and a UPS 2U; in an office or home without a rack, a UNAS 4 or UNAS 2 and the UPS Tower.
- Capacity and network. For many users or large files, the UNAS Pro 8 or UNAS Pro 4 with a 10 G network; for backups of a home or a small office, the UNAS 2.
- Consumption and runtime. Add up the consumption of the equipment in the rack: up to 1,000 W, the UPS 2U; for more power, pure sine wave or remote restart per outlet, the UPS 2U Pro.

- Professional office: UNAS 4 with cloud backup and a UPS Tower so that the NAS shuts down properly if the power goes.
- Business with a rack: UNAS Pro 8 connected at 10 G to the UniFi switch and a UPS 2U Pro for the gateway, switches and NAS.
- Home: UNAS 2 mirrored for photos and backups of phones and computers.

Do UniFi NAS units include drives?
No. The five UNAS units are sold without drives; you choose them according to the capacity you need and our technician can fit them.
Does the UPS shut down the NAS if the power cut is long?
Yes. UniFi UPS units shut down UNAS and UNVR devices in an orderly way with UniFi OS 4.4.3 or later, as well as other NUT-compatible equipment.
Do I need a UniFi network?
They are managed from UniFi; computers on the network access the NAS folders over SMB or NFS, whether Windows, macOS or Linux.
What is the delivery time?
They are supplied to order; the UPS 2U Pro is available from 15 November 2026. We confirm the lead time before preparing your order.
