Q-TECH —Q for Quality and Tech for Technology— is, above all, a technical systems integrator. With over 20 years of experience, we design, integrate, commission and maintain high-end technical systems. Unlike other online stores, we have installed every single product we sell: that is why we act as your end-to-end technical reference, from equipment selection to commissioning —in coordination with your installer—, as well as remote monitoring and maintenance.
We work exclusively with leading brands in four major areas: HVAC and heat pumps, water treatment and quality (hydraulic systems, pools and spas), networks and connectivity, and smart home and building automation.
Our history
The origin of Q-TECH lies in IT: our technical foundation was built on repairing and assembling equipment, and it grew to include servers, networks and management system integration. In parallel, we worked in demanding industrial environments —high-pressure steam systems for the textile industry and large-diameter piping for hydroelectric dams and large cargo ships— which taught us to work with tight tolerances and no margin for error. After several years straddling two worlds, the technological and the industrial, in 2006 we brought that rigour to the residential sector, starting with solar thermal installations, hybrid heating systems and water treatment.
With each project we refined our method, eventually working on large high-end villas. First came clients through recommendations; then distributors; and, after carrying out demonstration installations at head offices for the training of other professionals, the brands and manufacturers themselves began to recommend us. From there, testing equipment —sometimes before its official launch in Spain or the European Union— was a natural step. Staying up to date regularly takes us to the main international trade fairs in the sector, from ISH Frankfurt and Intersolar Munich to Aquanale, SPS Nuremberg or the MWC in Barcelona.
As our involvement with control and automation grew, we noticed that too much time was being lost on the road and in locating materials missing from site. To reduce travel and risk and to improve the quality of the work, we began to pre-assemble equipment first and, later, entire plant rooms —configured and tested— so that other installation companies only had to connect them, without taking on the technical burden of a new system. At that point, artificial intelligence stopped being a reference tool and became part of our own processes, returning us to our IT roots.
What makes us different: Advanced Pre-Assembly (APA)
Our most distinctive solution is our pre-assembled plant rooms. We assemble, test and configure the complete plant room —hydraulic, electrical, control and sensor subsystems— at our facilities and deliver it ready to connect. On site, only the final connection remains, carried out by the site installer or by Q-Tech: we take on the complexity and the risk of assembling the most demanding systems, in a controlled environment and without site interruptions.
From a single piece of equipment to a complete plant room, pre-assembly removes the fear of assembling complex systems and moves to a controlled environment what would otherwise be improvised on site:

Applied artificial intelligence
Since 2024 we have integrated artificial intelligence across several of our systems: HVAC, water treatment and quality, booster pump sets and pool heating and cooling (for example, with smart treatment systems such as Dryden Aqua SPACE). AI allows us to optimise consumption, anticipate incidents and keep parameters stable with minimal manual intervention.

When a new or unusual system does not quite fit into a project, we provide expert technical advice in feasibility studies. We do not compete with the installation company: we complement it. With pre-assembly we reduce site risk, shorten deadlines and ensure that the plant room arrives tested and configured.
Installers and professionals
If you are an installer, we are your technical support, not your competition. We deliver the plant room assembled, tested and configured, and send it to you palletised: on site, only the final connection remains, which you or Q-Tech can carry out, without bearing the complexity or risk of a system you are not yet familiar with. In addition, we advise you on the integration of new products and clear up the doubts that often hold back a sale or an installation. The client and the project remain yours; we provide the integration engineering and the pre-assembly that make them viable.
Hotels, sports centres and residents' associations
We design and maintain facilities for collective use: private and public pools, wellness, HVAC and air quality, with full remote management through our Elite360 service.
Private individuals
For the home, we seek innovation, comfort, efficiency and peace of mind. Having installed what we sell, we offer advanced technical advice, both to you and to your installer. In addition to the warranty that applies to each product, when we carry out the integration and commissioning, it may be extended in accordance with the regulations.

Does Q-TECH only sell equipment, or does it also install it?
We are a technical systems integrator: we design, integrate, commission and maintain. The technical report, the project, the certification (CIE, RITE, F-Gas) and the certificates are coordinated, if contracted, with a licensed partner installation company. We have installed every single product we sell, so we act as an end-to-end technical reference.
What is a pre-assembled plant room?
It is a complete plant room (hydraulic, electrical, control and sensor subsystems) that we assemble, test and configure at our facilities and deliver ready to connect. Does Q-TECH work with installers and engineering firms?
Yes, and it is a central part of what we do. We do not compete with installation companies: we complement them. We deliver the pre-assembled and tested plant room to them, and we resolve the integration of new products so they can take on projects they would otherwise decline. The client remains theirs; we provide the integration engineering.
