 2. SHIPPING COSTS

  • In the peninsula
    • the cost of transportation in the Peninsula starts at €6.5. The amount will vary depending on the weight and overall dimensions of the order.
  • To Balearic Islands
    • the cost of transportation to the Balearic Islands starts at €35. The amount will vary depending on the weight and overall dimensions of the order.
       
  • To the Canariy Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
    • All products shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will have shipping costs starting at €85 (there will be other products in which the cost of transportation will be higher depending on their weight and size).
  • To Portugal (except Madeira and Azores, consult)
    • Shipments to Portugal will have shipping costs starting at €16.
    • The shipping price will be higher depending on the weight and size of the product.
  • To EU: France (excluding Corsica), Germany, Italy (excluye Sicilia y Cerdeña), Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia.

    • The transportation costs will start at €25 depending on the weight of the product.
       
  • To Malta, Greece and Cyprus: 

    • The transportation costs will start at €95 depending on the weight of the product.
       
    • Consult transportation costs for other countries.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

  • Normal Transport: 48-96 working days. Transports by Agency with manufacturer or distribution departures*

*Except for force majeure causes during high season, which may occur in March, April, May, June, and July, dates on which there may be:

1º Immediate out-of-stock without our system detecting it at the time of purchase completion. In this circumstance, the product cannot be served automatically until there is stock again.

2º Collapsing of manufacturer or distributor warehouses due to excess orders, including non-courier transport agency collapses (in this circumstance, the product may be delayed up to 10 working days in delivery and may even not be served)

It is IMPORTANT to send the goods to an address where someone is always present to collect it, and that it is correct and not subject to confusion.

Due to multiple factors (size of the merchandise, value, fragility...) we do not make shipments to Collection Points, Lockers, Package Mailboxes, or any other temporary package and shipment reception system. In case the shipping address placed by the customer is one of the elements mentioned above, Q-TECH HOUSES DIVISION SLU is exempt from any responsibility, and we will not process any claims regarding transportation.

Q-TECH HOUSES DIVISION SLU will not be responsible for a wrong delivery to the wrong place due to outdated, modified, and/or duplicate addresses in the same delivery address. All this responsibility falls on the purchaser of the merchandise, who is the person who indicates the shipping address of the merchandise in the purchase process and also has an additional notes field to reflect more specific addresses.

As soon as the shipments leave our warehouse, we will send the name of the transport agency and the tracking number of your order so that you can track it.

4. DELIVERY TIME SPECIFICATION

We recommend that you provide an address (such as your work address or a neighbor's) where there is someone who can receive the package.

5. PRODUCT RECEPTION

If one or more products have arrived damaged due to transportation, it must always be indicated on the delivery note that is signed to the carrier at the time of receiving the order. Afterwards, you will have 24 hours to notify us. If the notification is not made within the indicated period, Q-TECH HOUSES DIVISION SLU will not be responsible for damages caused by transportation.

In the event of any damage and if it has been notified in a timely manner, we will cover all extra transportation costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or manipulated and is in its original box and seal.

Please note that in order for us to process any exchange or return, it is essential that you contact us beforehand. We will not accept any exchange or return if we have not received prior notification.

Delivery of big products or products requiring special handling will be delivered by the carrier at curbside. If special means are required for delivery inside the house, terrace or specific location, it must be requested and paid for by the customer and externally and independently from Q-TECH HOUSES DIVISION SLU.

NOTE: Verification of merchandise. It is important to check the condition of your purchase at the time of receipt, and if any damage supposedly caused by transportation is observed, it must be indicated on the delivery note when signing.

NOTE: Commercial Advice. It is important to verify all technical and commercial data of the product before placing the order, to check the suitability of the product for each use. Q-TECH HOUSES DIVISION SLU is not responsible for the suitability of the product for each case in the event of commercial advice or misunderstanding between our agents and the end buyer.

NOTE: Special Taxes. Cities and areas with special taxes (in the case of Spain: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) will be subject to their corresponding tax. Such tax must be paid by the end customer or recipient of the merchandise according to local customs laws.

6. RECEIPT OF INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If one or more products received do not correspond to your order, we will send you the correct products or refund the corresponding amount. We will cover all extra transportation costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or manipulated and is in its original box and seal.
