UniFi gateways: router, firewall and console for your whole network in one device
A UniFi gateway is the device that connects your network to the Internet, protects it with a firewall and intrusion prevention (IPS) and runs the UniFi console that manages switches, WiFi and cameras. Q-Tech brings together Ubiquiti rack, desktop, wall-mounted, 5G, industrial and Enterprise consoles for homes, offices, buildings, warehouses and campuses.

How to choose your UniFi gateway
- By network size: up to 30 UniFi devices, Cloud Gateway Max or Ultra; more than 100, a rack-mounted Dream Machine; more than 750, the Dream Machine Beast or the UniFi Enterprise range.
- By fibre speed: with fibre above 1 Gbps, choose a 10G model such as Cloud Gateway Fiber, Dream Router 7 or Dream Machine.
- Without fibre: the Dream Router 5G Max provides Internet over 5G with WiFi 7 in the same device.
- By cameras: to record UniFi Protect on the console, choose a model with storage; the cameras are in UniFi Cameras + AI.
Applications
- Home: Dream Router 7 or Express 7 with WiFi 7, all in one device.
- Office and retail: separate networks for staff, guests and cameras.
- Building, business or warehouse: a rack-mounted Dream Machine or, in unconditioned rooms, the fanless Cloud Gateway Industrial.
- Campuses and data centres: Enterprise Firewall with 25G or 100G links and dual power supplies.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a Cloud Gateway and a Dream Machine?
The Dream Machine is rack-mounted and manages larger networks; the Cloud Gateway is compact and designed for homes and small offices, and the Industrial model for warehouses.
Which gateway should I choose for a home?
Dream Router 7 or Express 7: they include WiFi 7, so a single device provides Internet and WiFi for the whole house.
Can I record cameras on the gateway?
Yes, on the models with storage: Dream Machine Beast, Pro Max, SE and Pro, Cloud Gateway Fiber and Max with a drive, Cloud Gateway Industrial, and Dream Router 7 and 5G Max with microSD. The Enterprise Firewalls do not record.
What is the delivery time?
UniFi equipment is supplied to order: we confirm the lead time before preparing your order.
