Environmental regulations and changes in oil qualities continue to place high demands not only on material selection, but also on clean and air-free oil for optimal combustion with minimal discharge of harmful particles. Tigerloop makes it possible to use a one-pipe system in all types of heating installations, thus ensuring the most environmentally safe method for transporting oil from the oil tank to the burner.
Tigerloop combines the advantages for the oil pump of a two-pipe system with advantages from the oil tank of a one-pipe system. When using a one-pipe system and Tigerloop, only the amount of oil used by the oil burner is drawn from the oil tank. As the oil flow decreases, so does the amount of dirt particles transported from the tank. This results in cleaner combustion. The pressurized return line to the oil tank is removed, thus eliminating the risk for hazardous leakage. A large amount of air bubbles are released when oil is drawn from the oil tank to the oil burner. These air bubbles cause breakdowns, increased soot and excessive wear on the oil pump. By functioning as an automatic deaerator, Tigerloop eliminates all such problems.

Application
By-pass valves series 466 and USVR are used in all heating systems in which the heating units are provided with thermostatic valves, zone valves or electrothermic valves series 22C.
Operation
The By-Pass valve will open assuring a constant water flow through the heat generator (very important for gas boiler) and increasing the return temperature to the heat generator (anti corrosion function).
Setting:
By-pass valve series USVR can be set in this way:
• Set the USVR valve at the differential opening pressure ΔP by turning regulation knob (2) (see overall dimensions).
The differential opening pressure DP shall exceed the user circuit load loss at rated discharge by approximately 20% in order that avoid valve opening be prevented. When the user circuits is completely closed, the USVR valve shall be fully open.
• Turn regulation knob anticlockwise untilscale (3) (see overall dimensions) indicates zero. Then proceed, turning clockwise, to calibration setting at the number required. Each number from 0-7 revers to an USVR16 - USVR20 USVR25 - USVR32.
• Once the correct setting is established, it can be fixed with the locking screw of the handwheel (1).

The ESBE series CRA110 is an integrated actuator and controller, for use with mixing valves. Temperature setting is done by an easy-to-use joystick and display interface.

Operation
The ESBE series ARA600 is a compact actuator designed
for operating rotary mixing valves DN 15-50. The actuators ARA6X5, ARA6X6, ARA6X7 and ARA6X8 are controlled by 2-point (on/off) signal, and are recommended for diverting applications.
The actuators ARA6X1, ARA6X2, ARA6X3 and ARA6X4 are controlled by 3-point signal, and are recommended for mixing applications.
The actuator has an operating range of 90° and the valve can easily be manually operated by the pull-and- turn knob on the front of the actuator.
In addition to the 2-point signal control, all the actuators can also be used for 3-point signal control.
Versions
The ESBE actuators with 2-point signal control are available for 24 or 230 V AC, 50 Hz and are supplied with a 1,5 m connection cable attached. Different running times are available, from 15 to 60 seconds.
The ESBE actuators with 3-point signal control are available for 24 or 230 V AC, 50 Hz and it is supplied with an attached 1,5 m connection cable. A wide range of different running times is also available, from 30 to 1200 seconds.
An auxiliary switch, which can be set in any position, is available either as a pre-mounted component fitted to the actuator (ARA6X2 and ARA6X4/ARA6X6 and ARA6X8) or as an optional kit to be ordered separately. The auxiliary switch is easily set by
a unique solution, by just lifting off the turning knob the switch cam is accessible, no tools or disassembly required.

Instalación
- Instale el llenado Connecting Center 3228 antes de la instalación de calefacción.
- No instale el dispositivo en habitaciones con humedad.
- Coloque el Connecting Center 3228 en el soporte de pared.
- Monte los cartuchos.
- Los cartuchos de 14 litros contienen un pedestal (incluido en la entrega).
- Instale el Connecting Center 3228 horizontalmente en la tubería teniendo en cuenta la dirección del fluido.
