We offer a specialized diagnostic service through the manufacturer to identify the fault and propose the best solution.

Scope of the Pool Pump Diagnostic Service:

• Valid for single-phase and three-phase pool pumps with power from 0.25HP to 3HP.
• Reception of the pump for analysis (shipping at the customer's expense or consult our collection rates).

Our Pool Pump Diagnostic Service includes:

1. Reception and sending for Initial Verification: Up to 1 hour of specialized technical labor for a thorough analysis of your pump.
2. Breakdown Report: We will send you a report by email.
3. Repair Estimate: You will receive a detailed, no-obligation quote for your pump repair, with a clearly specified validity period.
4. Personalized Advice: We'll offer our expert advice to help you make the best decision: whether to repair your existing pump or consider alternatives.
5. Information about the RENOVE Plan: Check the availability and conditions of our RENOVE Plan promotions for equipment replacement (subject to validity and stock availability).

Diagnostic Service Conditions:

• Additional Costs: If during the diagnostic process, the need for additional time or testing not covered by the initial hour is identified due to the particular condition of the equipment, you will be informed in advance in writing of the additional cost, requesting your approval before proceeding.
• If you accept the repair with q-tech.es: The amount paid for the diagnostic service will be deducted in full from the total estimated repair cost. The deposit will be applied or refunded to the same payment method.
• If You Refuse Repair: The amount paid for the diagnostic service will cover the costs incurred by the review and the preparation of the report and estimate.

Important (Diagnostic Service Exclusions): This service covers only the services detailed above. It does not include: costs of materials or labor for the repair itself, transportation of the equipment (unless the pickup/delivery service is specifically contracted), technical reports, engineering projects, or installation certifications not expressly mentioned.

Liability for Existing Facilities: By contracting this service, the client declares that the installation where the pump operates complies with the applicable technical and safety regulations (Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations - REBT, and RITE if applicable).tech.es is not responsible for breakdowns resulting from poor or non-compliant installation.

Repair Warranty: Repairs carried out by q-tech.es They are covered by the legal warranty established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Currently, this warranty covers repairs carried out for a minimum period of three months.New parts used in the repair will have the warranty offered by the manufacturer of said parts (minimum 1 year).

Travel Rates: If you require our staff to travel to collect your pump or for on-site assessments (a non-standard service for this diagnosis), please consult our travel rates.
