SYR units to fill heating systems with treated water to VDI 2035

A connection centre (AnschlussCenter) is a fixed station that fills and tops up the heating circuit with water treated in a cartridge, to protect boilers and heat pumps from lime and corrosion. Q-Tech brings together here the SYR AC BLACKLANE range with its cartridges and replacement granulate, for installers and owners with a closed circuit. All models are sold on request.

    How to choose

    • Separator: if you already have a FüllCombi BA or want it separate, the AC 3200; if not, the AC All-in-One 3228, which has it built in.
    • Control: the Connect version lets you follow filling from the SYR app via Wi-Fi or LAN.
    • Cartridge: HWE if the heat source manufacturer asks for softened water, HVE if it asks for demineralised water and HVE Plus if it also asks for pH stabilisation. For occasional fills without a fixed station, see the ROTHENBERGER portable cartridges.

    Applications

    • First fill of new heat pump or boiler installations.
    • Fixed top-up point in plant rooms of homes and buildings.
    • Cartridge refill during annual maintenance.

    Why choose Q-Tech?

    1. We integrate the SYR station into the pre-assembled plant room, tested in our workshop.
    2. We install it and carry out the first fill with the on-site Expert Technician.
    3. We explain the guideline in our article VDI 2035: water quality in heat pumps and heating.

    Frequently asked questions

On request. Message us on WhatsApp with the model and we will send you a quote.

    AC 3200 or AC All-in-One 3228?

It depends on the separator: the 3228 has the FüllCombi BA built in and the 3200 needs one installed upstream. Both use the same SYR cartridges.
