Q-TECH —Q for Quality and Tech for Technology— is, above all, a technical systems integrator. With over 20 years of experience, we design, integrate, install, and maintain high-end facilities. Unlike other online stores, we have installed every single product we sell: that is why we act as your end-to-end technical reference, from equipment selection to installation—or support for your installer—as well as remote monitoring and maintenance.
We work exclusively with top brands in four major areas: HVAC and aerothermal energy, water treatment and quality (hydraulic systems, pools, and spas), networks and connectivity, and smart home and building automation.
Our history
The origin of Q-TECH lies in IT: our technical foundation was built on repairing and assembling equipment, and it grew to include servers, networks, and management system integration. In parallel, we worked in demanding industrial environments—high-pressure steam systems for the textile industry and large-diameter piping for hydroelectric dams and large cargo ships—which taught us to work with tight tolerances and no margin for error. After several years straddling two worlds, the technological and the industrial, in 2006 we brought that rigor to the residential sector, starting with solar thermal installations, hybrid heating systems, and water treatment.
With each project, we refined our method, eventually working on large high-end villas. First came clients through recommendations; then, distributors; and, after performing demonstration installations at headquarters for the training of other professionals, the brands and manufacturers themselves began to recommend us. From there, testing equipment—sometimes before its official launch in Spain or the European Union—was a natural step. Staying up to date leads us every year to the main international trade fairs in the sector, from ISH Frankfurt and Intersolar Munich to Aquanale, SPS Nuremberg, or the MWC in Barcelona.
As our involvement with control and automation grew, we noticed that too much time was being lost on the road and in locating materials missing from job sites. To reduce travel, risks, and improve work quality, we began to pre-assemble equipment first, and later, entire technical rooms—configured and tested—so that other installation companies only had to connect them, without assuming the technical burden of a new system. At that point, artificial intelligence stopped being a reference tool and became integrated into our own processes, returning us to our IT roots.

Our most distinctive solution is our pre-assembled technical rooms. We assemble, test, and configure the entire technical room—hydraulic, electrical, control, and sensor subsystems—at our facilities and deliver it ready to connect. On-site, the installer only performs the basic connections: we assume the complexity and risk of assembling the most demanding systems in a controlled environment without job site interruptions.
From a specific piece of equipment to an entire technical room, pre-assembly eliminates the fear of installing complex systems and moves what would otherwise be improvised on-site to a controlled environment:

Applied artificial intelligence
Since 2024, we have integrated artificial intelligence cross-functionally into several of our systems: HVAC, water treatment and quality, pressure boosting sets, and pool climate control (for example, with smart treatment systems like Dryden Aqua SPACE). AI allows us to optimize consumption, anticipate incidents, and maintain stable parameters with minimal manual intervention.

When a new or unusual system does not quite fit into a project, we provide expert technical advice in feasibility studies. We do not compete with the installation company: we complement it. If you are an installer, we are your technical support, not your competition. We deliver the technical room assembled, tested, and configured, and send it to you palletized: on-site, you only make the basic connections, without bearing the complexity or risk of a system you are not yet familiar with. In addition, we advise you on the integration of new products and clear up any doubts that often hinder a sale or an installation. The client and the project remain yours; we provide the integration engineering and the pre-assembly that make them viable.

We design and maintain facilities for collective use: private and public pools, wellness, HVAC, and air quality, with full remote management through our Elite360 service.
