In compliance with Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and the Guide on the use of cookies by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), Q-TECH HOUSES DIVISION S.L.UNIP. 1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files that are downloaded to the User's device when accessing our website. They allow the store to function technically, remember preferences, protect the system against fraud, and, with your consent, analyze traffic and display advertising.
2. CONSENT MANAGEMENT (PANDECTES CMP AND GOOGLE CONSENT MODE V2)
Our website uses the Pandectes GDPR Compliance (CMP) manager configured in strict mode: no non-essential cookies are installed without your prior, express, and affirmative consent, and rejecting them is as easy as accepting them (the "Accept", "Deny", and "Preferences" options are presented at the same level on the first layer of the banner). Integration with Google Consent Mode v2 ensures that your decision is correctly transmitted to Google services, so that they only activate measurement or advertising functions when you have consented to them. The CMP itself retains the consent footprint (including IP address) as proof of your decision, in accordance with the GDPR principle of proactive accountability.
The consent granted has a maximum validity of 24 months, after which you will be asked for it again, without prejudice to your right to modify or revoke it at any time (see section 5).

We classify cookies into three categories. The durations indicated come from the official documentation of the platform (Shopify) and the Pandectes scanner; they may vary with technical updates.

Refusing cookies in categories B and C will in no case prevent you from browsing or purchasing in the store; it only affects analytics and advertising personalization.

Q-TECH selects these providers and, to the extent that it decides to incorporate their technologies into the website, assumes responsibility for the data collection phase, in accordance with European case law. The subsequent processing that these providers carry out in their own systems is governed by their policies, against which the user can exercise their rights directly before them.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (for entities certified in the U.S.) or by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission; in the case of hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.), by Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. HOW TO MANAGE, MODIFY, OR REVOKE YOUR CONSENT
You can modify or revoke your consent at any time, just as easily as you granted it:
- Through the Cookie Settings Panel (the floating Pandectes icon, shaped like a padlock, permanently visible on the screen).
- By configuring your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
Warning: blocking essential technical cookies (such as _shopify_essential or cart) via your browser will prevent you from completing purchases and accessing your customer account securely.
