Edit Personal Information
Q-TECH facilitates the updating of your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (right to rectification, Art. 16). However, please be advised that, due to legal and tax requirements (AEAT), data associated with already issued invoices cannot be modified retroactively; any correction will require the issuance of a rectification invoice in accordance with Art. 15 of Royal Decree 1619/2012.
How to modify your data:
- If you have a customer account, you can update your data directly from your account.
- You can also send an email to rgpd@q-tech.es with the subject line "EXERCISE OF RIGHTS", specifying which data you wish to correct.
We will respond within a maximum period of 1 month (Art. 12.3 GDPR). For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
