Personal Data Request

In accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the LOPDGDD, you may request confirmation at any time as to whether Q-TECH is processing your personal data and obtain a copy thereof (right of access, Art. 15 GDPR), as well as exercise your rights of rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent.

How to request your data: send an email to rgpd@q-tech.es with the subject line "EXERCISE OF RIGHTS", indicating the right you wish to exercise and the email address associated with your account or orders.

Once your request is received, we will contact you by email and respond within a maximum period of 1 month (Art. 12.3 GDPR). Only in cases of reasonable doubt regarding your identity may we request additional documentation to verify data ownership, in accordance with the criteria of the AEPD.
