Ventilation

In both new and existing homes, insulation is very important to save energy and minimize heat losses. But just putting air grilles on the windows is not enough to achieve a healthy indoor environment. Better isolation also means thinking about ventilating!

If you do not ventilate your home, a poor climate is created, a breeding ground for bacteria and fungi. This can cause health problems such as:

-> Respiratory difficulty | Cough | Fatigue | Dehydration | Headache
