OCIO is a tank level indicator, suitable for any type of liquid storage in tanks up to 4 m deep. It provides a real-time indication of the amount of liquid inside the tank. It is easy to calibrate and has two alarms that can be set to a specific level, high and low, for both high and low levels.
OCIO detects the static pressure generated by the height of the liquid through a tube inserted into the tank and displays the liquid level or volume.
The system consists of:
• A 10m long tube for detecting static pressure. The tube with the terminal is inserted into the top of the tank and submerged in the liquid until it touches the bottom of the tank.
• A control unit for level display and system management. The unit features intuitive and comprehensive software and allows the connection of two alarm or blocking devices.
Through the software it is possible to:
• Establish the type and dimensions of the tank
• Define level alarms
• Define the level indication
• Define the unit of measurement
• Calibrate the instrument.
Depending on the programmed alarm levels, the control unit activates or deactivates the contact by acting on a remote switch to activate the alarm devices or to block the power supply to the connected equipment.
