What is the availability of the products?
All products in our store are available unless they are marked as 'Sold out' in the product description. In the event that a product is out of stock at the time of placing your order and we have not been able to update this information in the store, we will immediately contact you to propose a similar product or refund the corresponding amount.
What is the package delivery schedule?
Package deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, subject to the delivery schedule of each agency and its corresponding area. With the tracking number, you can make these inquiries through the website and by phone using the contact information for each transport agency.
What happens if I am not there when the package arrives?
If the carrier attempts to deliver the package and there is no one to receive it, they will leave a note stating the delivery attempt. Please contact the transport agency as soon as possible using the phone number on the note to arrange a new delivery. Remember that we are at your disposal for any problems.
NOTE: In the case of deliveries of bulky products to upper floors, the transport agency is only responsible for delivering your order to the entrance of your home.
What happens if a product has arrived damaged?
If one or more products have arrived damaged due to transport, we will send you a new product or refund the corresponding amount. Q-Tech will cover all extra transportation costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered, or manipulated.
Please note that in order for us to process any exchange or return, it is necessary to contact us in advance. We will not accept any exchange or return if we have not received prior notification.
NOTE: It is important to check the condition of your purchase at the time of receipt and, if you observe any damage supposedly caused by transport, it is essential to indicate it on the delivery note when signing it.
