Shipping and payment

All products are shipped from mainland Spain and are calculated according to their weight in kilograms (Kg).

What is the delivery time?
Under normal conditions, the delivery time will be as indicated in the table above.

What is the availability of the products?
All products in our store are available unless indicated as 'Out of Stock' in the description  product. If a product is out of stock at the time of placing your order and we have not been able to update this information in the store, we will contact you immediately to offer you a similar product or refund the corresponding amount.

What are the package delivery times?
Delivery times are Monday to Friday, and are subject to the delivery times of each agency and its corresponding area. With the shipping/tracking number you can make these inquiries through the website and by phone according to the contact information of each transport agency.

What happens if I'm not there when the package is delivered?
If the carrier attempts to deliver the package and there is no one to receive it, they will leave a note stating the attempted delivery. Please contact the carrier as soon as possible using the phone number you will find on the note, in order to arrange a new delivery. For any problems, remember that we are at your disposal.

NOTE: In the case of deliveries of bulky products to upper floors of an apartment, the transport agency is only responsible for delivering your order to the entrance of your home.

What happens if a product has arrived damaged?
If one or more products have arrived damaged due to transport, we will send you a new product or refund the corresponding amount. Q-Tech  will bear all additional transportation costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or manipulated.

Please keep in mind that in order for us to process any exchange or return, it is necessary  that you contact us beforehand. We will not accept any exchange or return if we have not received prior notification.

NOTE: It is important to check the status of your purchase at the time of receipt and, If any damage is observed, supposedly caused by transport, it is essential to indicate this on the delivery note when signing it.

What happens if the package contents are incorrect?
If one or more products received do not correspond to your order, we will send you the correct products or refund the corresponding amount. Q-Tech  will bear all additional transportation costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or manipulated.
