Viessmann Vicare underfloor heating control

Vicare underfloor heating thermostat, capable of controlling up to 6 zones of
underfloor heating (valve heads at 230 V) and 3 heads per zone through wireless communication (low power radio frequency). Each zone needs
a climate sensor (wireless room probe), (low power radio frequency). Underfloor heating thermostat for individual room control.

The ViCare underfloor heating control device can only be used with:

- Heat generator with Viessmann One Base.

- Viessmann heat generator with Vitoconnect, p. e.g. Model OPTO2.

- Vitoconnect, p. e.g. OPTO2 model without connection to a Viessmann heat generator.

Communication between the ViCare underfloor heating control device and the heat generator with Viessmann One Base or Vitoconnect takes place using low radio frequency signals.

Functions:

- The zones of the ViCare underfloor heating control device can be included in individual temperature regulation, which is comfortable and energy efficient.

- Automatic individual time programs and manual control can also be used for individual temperature regulation.

- The ViCare underfloor heating control device has a control contact for heat demand or electromagnetic valve control.

- In operation with the heat generator with Viessmann One Base or Vitoconnect, e.g. e.g. OPTO2 model the heat demand is automatically determined and optimally controlled.

Indication. At least one temperature value of 1 ViCare climate sensor per heating circuit is required.

- The ViCare underfloor heating control device has an internal antifreeze protection that prevents the cables from freezing. If the flow temperature drops below 8°C, the ViCare underfloor heating control device opens until the flow temperature is reached again.

- With protection function of the heating circuits in case of communication error with the heat generator with Viessmann One Base or Vitoconnect, e.g. e.g. OPTO2 model. The heat demand is activated and all valves are regulated to 10%. When communication is reestablished, the valves return to normal operation.

- The ViCare underfloor heating control device is compatible with operation with 230 V “closed without current” thermal servomotors (provided by the installation company).
