Air pump designed for spas, hot tubs and similar applications that produces bubbles by pumping medium and high volumes of air, continuously.
It is also used to remove the filter bed, for example in washing cycles, or where a low air flow is needed.
The pump casing and impeller are made of injected aluminum alloy while the motor shaft is made of stainless steel and has the impeller directly adapted to the shaft and dynamically balanced. The motors, 2-pole single-phase or three-phase for continuous use, are manufactured in accordance with CEI 2/3 1988 standards, and incorporate external IP54 protection and class F insulation.
Pumps can be mounted horizontally or vertically. Additionally, as there is no contact between the moving and static parts of the pump, no lubricant or maintenance is needed and there is no wear on parts.
The turbines can work at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Aggressive, flammable or explosive gases cannot be used.
