The ESBE VRI100 series is the best choice for the isolation of ESBE VRG100, VRG200, VRG300 and VRB100 series valves.
The thermal insulation has been designed in accordance with the EnEV2009 directive and provides a tight seal around the valve, preventing air circulation and the risk of heat loss. For example, a system with 30 mm thick insulation will reduce heat losses by 65% compared to a system without insulation.
The insulation has been designed with a highly resistant self-locking function; therefore, no additional accessories, such as tape or springs, are necessary to hold the two insulations together.
The insulation has been designed so that the actuator is located outside the insulation to prevent overheating.

ESBE VRI100 thermal insulations are available in sizes DN15/20, DN25, DN32 and DN40 and have been designed for 3-way valves. If
isolating a 4-way valve is required, a simple cut is sufficient to open the already prepared fourth opening.
