The ESBE ARA600 series actuator to operate ESBE mixing valves DN 15-50. The actuators have a 90° operating range and can be easily operated manually. Patented and registered design.

Operation

The ESBE ARA600 series actuator is a compact actuator designed to actuate DN15-50 rotary mixing valves. The ARA6X1, ARA6X2, ARA6X3 and ARA6X4 actuators are 3-point signal controlled and are recommended for mixing applications. The actuator has a 90° operating range and the valve can be easily operated manually by pulling the button on the front of the actuator and rotating it.

Versions

ESBE actuators with 3-point signal control are available for 24 or 230 VAC at 50 Hz and are supplied with a 1.5 meter connection cable included. A variety of run times are also available, from 30 to 1,200 seconds.

An auxiliary switch, which can be adjusted to any position, is available as a component already mounted on the actuator (ARA6X2 and ARA6X4) or as an optional kit to be ordered separately. The auxiliary switch is easily adjusted using a unique solution, simply lifting the rotary knob to access the switch cam, without the need for tools or disassembly.

Thanks to the special interface between the ARA600 series actuator and ESBE series VRG, VRB and VRH valves, the unit as a whole has extraordinary stability and precision during regulation.

Joining kits

The actuator is supplied together with an adapter kit so it can easily fit an ESBE VRG, VRB and VRH series rotary mixing valve. Adapter kits can also be ordered separately.
