Digital Level Indicator for OCIO deposit

OCIO is a tank level indicator, ideal for any type of liquid storage in tanks up to 4 m deep. It offers a real-time indication of the amount of liquid inside the tank. It is easy to calibrate and has two alarms that can be set to a specific level, high and low, for high and low levels.

OCIO detects the static pressure generated by the height of the liquid through a tube inserted into the tank and displays the liquid level or volume.

The system is made up of:

• A 10m static pressure detection tube. The tube with the terminal is introduced through the upper part of the tank and immersed in the liquid until it touches the bottom of the tank.

• A control unit for level visualization and system management. The unit has intuitive and complete software and allows the connection of two alarm or locking devices.

Through the software it is possible:

• Establish the type and dimensions of the tank
• Define the level alarms
• Define the level indication
• Define the unit of measurement
• Calibrate the instrument.

According to the programmed alarm levels, the control unit activates or deactivates the contact using a remote switch to activate the alarm devices or to block the power supply of the connected equipment.
