Hydropneumatic accumulator or PRESSUREWAVE boiler low maintenance from Likitech
PressureWave™ Hydropneumatic Accumulator tanks are ideal for a wide variety of applications, including pressure booster systems, surface and deep well hydropneumatic systems, irrigation, commercial and industrial applications, to prevent water hammer. For systems with variable speed and constant pressure drives.
The PressureWave™ series is constructed with a virgin polypropylene liner along with an FDA approved high grade butyl diaphragm. This is done against the steel tank wall with a clamping ring. The bronze air valve, sealed with a plug on the screw valve, prevents air leaks. Water enters the tank through a patented stainless steel water connection. The diaphragm and liner are reinforced in the most common wear areas for long periods of time. All internal parts including the air valve have been rounded to prevent perforation of the diaphragm under extreme conditions. The water connection provides a double water/air seal ensuring a leak-free and maintenance-free tank.
On the exterior, almond-colored paint is used in automotive finish with two parts polyurethane on an epoxy print, offering hundreds of hours of protection from UV rays and saline environments.
