The ESBE VRI100 series is the best choice for the isolation of ESBE valves series VRG100, VRG200, VRG300 and VRB100.
The thermal insulation has been designed in accordance with EnEV2009 and provides a highly airtight seal around the valve, preventing air circulation and the risk of heat loss. For example, a system with 30mm thick insulation will reduce heat loss by 65% compared to a system without insulation.
The insulation has been designed with a highly resistant self-locking feature, therefore no additional accessories such as tape or springs are required to hold the two insulations together.
The insulation has been designed so that the actuator is located outside the insulation to prevent overheating of the insulation.

ESBE VRI100 thermal insulations are available in sizes DN15/20, DN25, DN32 and DN40 and have been designed for 3-way valves. If required,
the insulation of a 4-way valve, a simple cut is enough to open the fourth opening already prepared.
