Vitocal 111-S air-to-water split heat pump
The Vitocal 111-S split air-to-water heat pump consists of two independent units: the outdoor unit extracts heat from the outside ambient air using a refrigerant liquid contained in the equipment and thus raises the temperature of the heating and domestic hot water in the home.
The indoor unit comes factory-equipped with hydraulic components such as the three-way reversing valve, the secondary pump, and the heat pump regulator.
Flexible design to save space
The Vitocal 111-S heat pump has been designed to take up minimal space in the home, allowing it to be installed in the kitchen or basement. It consists of two units: the indoor unit, which includes a 210-liter storage tank, has compact dimensions. This unit comes pre-assembled with all the necessary connections for quick and easy installation. The outdoor unit can be mounted, for example, on a wall on the facade of the house or independently.
Heat pump for heating and air conditioning
The Vitocal 111-S is available in two versions: as a pure heat pump for heating and domestic hot water production, or with the additional "active cooling" function for cooling the home in summer with air conditioning.
Highly efficient, low-consumption technology, ready for photovoltaic energy
The electrical components of the Vitocal 111-S consume very little energy. A good example is the heating circuit's recirculation pump. In fact, all Vitocal 111-S units include high-efficiency pump models as standard. Additionally, the unit's operation adapts precisely to the home's heating needs in real time, automatically shutting off when the desired temperature is reached. Furthermore, this heat pump is designed to run on electricity generated by photovoltaic panels.
Control the heat pump via mobile phone
Optionally, you can connect your Vitocal 111-S heat pump to the Internet with the Vitoconnect interface and control and manage numerous functions of the equipment from anywhere and at any time via your mobile phone with the ViCare App, available free of charge for both iOS and Android.
Heat pump remote control with Vitoconnect 100
To remotely control the Vitocal 111-S heat pump via your mobile phone using the ViCare App, you will need the Vitoconnect 100 interface. You can install it at any time, even after the fact, as it is compatible with all Vitocal units manufactured from 2010 onwards.
