How does copper/silver ionization work?
The system releases a microscopic and controlled amount of copper (Cu²⁺) and silver (Ag⁺) ions into the water. Copper acts as a powerful algaecide, preventing green water. Silver acts as an effective bactericide. Together, they enhance chlorine disinfection and act as a natural flocculant, clarifying the water.
What salt level is needed?
The BIONET system is highly efficient and requires only 3 grams of salt per liter. This low concentration is barely perceptible, similar to a tear, and is much more comfortable than seawater (which contains 30-35 g/l).
Is this equipment difficult to install?
