We offer a specialized diagnostic service through the manufacturer to identify the fault and propose the best solution.
Scope of the Pool Robot Diagnostic Service:
- Valid for robots for residential and public/competition pools up to 25m of cable.
- Valid for electric robots with cable or battery.
- Reception of the Robot for analysis (shipping at the customer's expense or consult our collection rates).
Our Pool Robot Troubleshooting Service includes:
- Reception and sending for Initial Verification: Up to 1 hour of specialized technical labor for the analysis of your Robot.
- Breakdown Report: We will send you a report/brief detail by email.
- Repair Estimate: You will receive a detailed, no-obligation quote for your robot repair, with a clearly specified validity period.
- Personalized Advice: We'll offer our expert advice to help you make the best decision: whether to repair your existing robot or consider alternatives.
- Information about the RENOVE Plan: Check the availability and conditions of our RENOVE Plan promotions for equipment replacement (subject to validity and stock availability).
Diagnostic Service Conditions:
- Additional Costs: If during the diagnostic process, the need for additional time or testing not covered by the initial hour is identified due to the particular condition of the equipment, you will be informed in advance in writing of the additional cost, requesting your approval before proceeding.
- If you accept the repair with q-tech.es: The amount paid for the diagnostic service will be deducted in full from the total estimated cost of the repair. The deposit will be applied or refunded to the same payment method.
- If You Refuse Repair: The amount paid for the diagnostic service will cover the costs incurred by the review and the preparation of the report and budget.
Important (Diagnostic Service Exclusions): This service covers only the services detailed above. It does not include: costs of materials or labor for the repair itself, transportation of the equipment (unless the pickup/delivery service is specifically contracted), technical reports, engineering projects, or installation certifications not expressly mentioned.
Liability for Existing Facilities: By contracting this service, the client declares that the facility where the robot operates complies with the applicable technical and safety regulations (Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations - REBT, and RITE if applicable).tech.es is not responsible for breakdowns resulting from improper use or use that does not comply with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Repair Warranty: Repairs carried out by q-tech.es They are covered by the legal warranty established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Currently, this warranty covers repairs carried out for a minimum period of three months.New parts used in the repair will have the warranty offered by the manufacturer of said parts (minimum 1 year).
Travel Rates: If you require our staff to travel to collect the robot or for on-site assessments (a non-standard service for this diagnostic), please consult our travel rates.
