We offer a specialized diagnostic service through the manufacturer to identify the fault and propose the best solution.

Scope of the Diagnostic Service for Pool Robot Faults:

• Suitable for robotic pool cleaners for residential and public/competition use up to 25m of cable.
• Suitable for electric robots with cable or battery.
• Robot reception for analysis (shipping at customer's expense or consult our collection rates).

Our Pool Robot Troubleshooting Service includes:

1. Receipt and dispatch for Initial Verification: Up to 1 hour of specialized technical labor for the analysis of your Robot.
2. Breakdown Report: We will send you a report/brief details by email.
3. Repair Estimate: You will receive a detailed, no-obligation quote for the repair of your robot, with a clearly specified validity period.
4. Personalized Advice: We will offer our expert recommendation to help you make the most convenient decision: repair the existing robot or consider alternatives.
5. Information about the RENOVE Plan: Check the availability and conditions of our RENOVE Plan promotions for equipment replacement (subject to validity and stock).

Diagnostic Service Conditions:

• Additional Costs: If during the diagnostic process it is identified that additional time needs to be invested or tests need to be carried out that are not covered by the initial hour due to the particular condition of the equipment, you will be informed in advance in writing of the extra cost, and your consent will be requested before proceeding.
• If you accept the repair with q-tech.es: The amount paid for the diagnostic service will be fully deducted from the total cost of the estimated repair. Any deposit paid will be applied to or refunded to the same payment method.
• If You Reject the Repair: The amount paid for the diagnostic service will cover the costs generated by the review and the preparation of the report and budget.

Important (Diagnostic Service Exclusions): This service covers only what is detailed above. It does not include: costs of materials or labor for the repair itself, transport of the equipment (unless explicitly contracted for the collection/delivery service), technical reports, engineering projects, or legalizations of installations not expressly mentioned.

Responsibility for Existing Facilities: By contracting this service, the client declares that the installation where the robot operates complies with the applicable technical and safety regulations (Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation - REBT, and RITE if applicable). q-tech.es is not responsible for breakdowns resulting from improper use or use not in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

Repair Guarantee: The repairs carried out by q-tech.es They have the legal guarantee established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Currently, this guarantee covers the repair carried out for a minimum period of 3 months.The new parts used in the repair will have the warranty offered by the manufacturer of said parts (minimum 1 year).

Travel Fees: If you require our staff to travel to collect the robot or for on-site assessments (non-standard service for this diagnosis), please see our travel fees.
