Likitech PressureWave Hydropneumatic Accumulator low maintenance.
The Likitech PressureWave Hydropneumatic Accumulator is ideal for a wide variety of applications, including pressure booster systems, surface and deep well hydropneumatic systems, irrigation, and commercial and industrial applications to prevent water hammer. For systems with variable speed drives and constant pressure.
The PressureWave™ series is constructed with a virgin polypropylene liner coupled with an FDA-approved, high-grade butyl diaphragm. This is held against the steel tank wall by a clamping ring. The bronze air valve, sealed with a threaded valve plug, prevents air leakage. Water enters the tank through a patented stainless steel water connection. The diaphragm and liner are reinforced in common wear areas for long life. All internal parts, including the air valve, have been rounded to prevent diaphragm puncture under extreme conditions. The water connection provides a double water/air seal, ensuring a leak-free and maintenance-free tank.
The exterior of the Likitech PressureWave Hydropneumatic Accumulator uses almond-colored paint in an automotive finish with two parts polyurethane over an epoxy print that offers hundreds of hours of protection from UV rays and salt water.
The Likitech PressureWave Hydropneumatic Accumulator is tested at several stages of the production line to verify its quality and ensure the structural integrity of each tank.
The Likitech PressureWave Hydropneumatic Accumulator represents the best value for your investment and is the highest quality pressure vessel available today.
