All products are shipped from mainland Spain and are calculated according to their weight in kilograms (kg).

What is the delivery time?
Under normal conditions, the delivery time will be as indicated in the table above.
What is the availability of the products?
All products in our store are available, unless indicated as 'Out of Stock' in the description. Product. If a product is out of stock at the time of your order and we are unable to update this information in the store, we will contact you immediately to offer you a similar product or refund the corresponding amount.
What are the package delivery hours?
Delivery hours are Monday through Friday, subject to the delivery schedule of each agency and its corresponding area. With the shipping/tracking number, you can inquire online or by phone, depending on the contact information of each shipping agency.
What happens if I'm not there when the package is delivered?
If the carrier attempts to deliver your package and no one is there to receive it, they will leave a note confirming the delivery attempt. Please contact the carrier as soon as possible using the phone number provided in the note to arrange a new delivery. If you have any questions, please remember that we are here for you.
NOTE: In the case of deliveries of large items to upper floors of an apartment, the transport agency is only responsible for delivering your order to the entrance of your home.
What happens if a product has arrived damaged?
If one or more products have arrived damaged during shipping, we will send you a new product or refund the corresponding amount. Q-Tech will bear all additional transportation costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or manipulated.
Please keep in mind that in order for us to process any exchange or return, it is necessary that you contact us beforehand. We will not accept any exchanges or returns without prior notification.
NOTE: It is important to check the status of your purchase at the time of receipt and, If you notice any damage supposedly caused by transport, it is essential to indicate this on the delivery note when signing it.
What happens if the package contents are incorrect?
