ACO, a chlorine stabilizer and catalytic activator, is a highly innovative and environmentally friendly product that disinfects water by enhancing the natural disinfection of sunlight. ACO makes the entire pool area self-sterilizing thanks to the sun.
ACO also protects chlorine from sunlight and UV rays. It is especially effective in outdoor pools.
This multi-product incorporates a catalytic oxidation activator, a chlorine stabilizer (without cyanuric acid) and a cationic flocculant.
It is injected after the filter and traps negatively charged particles. The ACO reacts with the APF to form a large floc capable of adsorbing ammonia and urea.
- Chlorine stabilizer "without cyanuric acid." ACO protects chlorine and bromine from photooxidation. It increases the chlorine lifespan by four to five times and reduces chlorine demand by 30%. Using ACO as a stabilizer will not reduce chlorine's effectiveness as with cyanuric acid. With ACO, the opposite occurs: oxidation increases due to the formation of free radicals in the process.
- Oxidizing catalyst: Works in conjunction with sunlight to create crystal-clear water. Small hydroxyl radicals, oxygen, and superoxides are generated. Disinfects without generating combined chlorine. Can be combined with any oxidizing agent (chlorine, bromine, peroxide).
- Manual weekly dosage: 1 liter/100 m3 per week. 1st dose = 2 liters. Apply directly to the pool (shake well before dosing).
- Manual monthly dosage: 4 liters/100m3 per month. 1st month = 5 liters.
- Automatic dosage: 0.5 to 1 ml/m3/h of recirculation after the filter.
