Vitocal 111-S air-water split heat pump
The Vitocal 111-S split air-to-water heat pump consists of two independent units: the outdoor unit extracts heat from the ambient air using a refrigerant liquid contained in the unit, thus raising the temperature of the heating and domestic hot water in the home.
The indoor unit comes factory-equipped with hydraulic components such as the three-way reversing valve, the secondary pump, and the heat pump control.
Flexible design to take up little space
The Vitocal 111-S heat pump has been designed to take up as little space as possible in the home, allowing it to be placed in the kitchen or basement. To achieve this, it consists of two units: the indoor unit, which includes a 210-liter storage tank, has compact dimensions. This unit is delivered factory-prepared with all the necessary connections for quick and easy installation. The outdoor unit can be mounted, for example, on a wall on the facade of the home or freestanding.
Heat pump for heating and air conditioning
The Vitocal 111-S is available in two versions: as a pure heat pump for heating and domestic hot water production. Or with the additional "active cooling" function for air conditioning the home in summer.
Highly efficient and low-consumption technology, prepared for photovoltaic energy
The Vitocal 111-S's electrical components consume very little energy. Take the heating circuit's recirculation pump, for example. All Vitocal 111-S units, without exception, include high-efficiency pump models as standard. Additionally, the unit's operation adapts precisely to the home's heating needs in real time, automatically stopping when the desired temperature is reached. Furthermore, this heat pump is designed to consume self-generated electricity from photovoltaic panels.
Controlling the heat pump via mobile phone
You can optionally connect your Vitocal 111-S heat pump to the internet using the Vitoconnect interface and control and manage numerous unit functions from anywhere, at any time via your mobile phone using the ViCare App, available free of charge for both iOS and Android.
Heat pump remote control with Vitoconnect 100
To remotely control the Vitocal 111-S heat pump via mobile phone using the ViCare App, you'll need the Vitoconnect 100 interface. You can install it at any time, even later, as it's compatible with all Vitocal devices manufactured since 2010.
