Who are we?

We are a company located in Malaga and in this case, in addition to providing assistance as SATO (Official Technical Service) Uponor, we expand our services in order to help/facilitate/solve incidents and provide support in the use of the UConnect application developed by Uponor.

Available options:

In case of need  to change or prefer another application we have these options available:

- Google Nest.

- Panasonic.

- Zennio.

- Honeywell.

- Airzone, Loxone among others.

UPONOR UCONNECT, Existing Application and Access:

For users who own the remote access There are 3 links/ways to access the application.

Other users/owners who have not purchased remote access must access from local form connecting to the Wifi "U201_AP_XXX" generated by Uponor and then through the browser  write the following  IP "https://192.168.99.1", user, password and Login.

IMPORTANT:
All changes in the Uponor App require between 2 and 5 minutes to update status (depending on connection speed and server load).
GRADES:
PANASONIC control is not included in the app, to access/obtain this control please contact our office.
