BWT Infinity self-cleaning filter

Infinity is a manual and automatic self-cleaning filter from BWT that complies with the Technical Building Code, section HS4.

With a unique cleaning process, where the effect of surface scraping is combined with that of suction and backwashing, thus minimizing the possibility of bacteria proliferation on the surface of the cartridge, and others. great advantages:

• Reduction of water consumption, since during the discharge process only a part of the flow is forked to detach the particles deposited on the surface of the mesh and expel them through the drain.
• Shelf life of more than 200,000 work cycles and only basic maintenance.
• The water supply is not interrupted during washing, and filtered water is available at all times.
• No need for periodic cartridge replacement.

BWT Infinity filter models available:

BWT Infinity M: Manual drive system.
BWT Infinity A: Automatic backwashing at set time intervals.
BWT Infinity AP: Automatic backwash, when the set pressure differential is reached or at pre-established time intervals.

• Transparent glass. High break resistance, passing demanding mechanical tests.
• The filter cartridge withstands high point pressures without cracking or deformation.
• Large filtration surface, which significantly reduces pressure losses.
• Adjustable connection plate for installations in horizontal or vertical pipes included.
• Cleaning system:
  • Mod. Manual: manually operated cleaning system.
  • Automatic Mod.: fully automatic cleaning system at set time intervals.
  • Automatic Model with Pressure Differential: Fully automatic cleaning system when the set pressure differential is reached. Requires back pressure at the outlet.
• Backwashing.
• No interruption of water supply during washing.
• Supplied from source with 90 μm mesh.
• DN50 drain connection.
• Working pressure 2.0 - 10 bar.
• Working temperature 5 to 40°C.
• Power supply 220V-12V (transformer included). Only for automatic models.
• To follow the specifications marked in the Technical Building Code, section HS4 (“filter with a filtering threshold between 25 and 50 μm, with stainless steel mesh and silver plating”), add, to the chosen filter, the codes 318261 (cart. mesh 3/4-2" 50μm) + 318211 (cart. red bio ag type II).
• They comply with the UNE-EN-13443-1 standard.
