Thermostatic head for Vicare radiator Viessmann ref. ZK03840
The ViCare thermostatic radiator head is a servomotor for individual temperature regulation.
The ViCare radiator thermostat detects the current room temperature via an integrated temperature sensor. The ViCare radiator thermostat has an internal frost protection that prevents the pipes from freezing. If the room temperature drops below approximately 8 °C, the ViCare radiator thermostat opens until a temperature of at least 8 °C is reached again.
With the “window opening detection” function, the thermostatic valve closes automatically to save energy. To prevent the valve from getting stuck, the motor of the ViCare radiator thermostatic head opens and closes every 7 days.

In combination with heat generator with Viessmann One Base or Vitoconnect, e.g. model OPTO2

Mounting location:
- Installation only inside closed buildings.
- The installation site must be dry and protected from frost.
- Ensure ambient temperature between 0 and +40 °C.
- Mounting on the thermostatic valve connection adapter.
- Do not cover the ViCare radiator thermostatic head with furniture or curtains.
