ESBE VRI100 thermal insulation for ESBE valves in the VRG100, VRG200, VRG300, and VRB100 series. The insulation is designed in accordance with the German ENEV2009 directive and reduces heat loss by 65% compared to an uninsulated system.
Operation:
The ESBE VRI100 series is the best choice for isolating ESBE VRG100, VRG200, VRG300 and VRB100 series valves.
The thermal insulation is designed in accordance with the EN 6009 directive and provides a highly airtight seal around the valve, preventing air circulation and the risk of heat loss. For example, a system with 30 mm thick insulation will reduce heat loss by 65% compared to an uninsulated system.
The insulation is designed with a highly durable self-locking feature; therefore, no additional accessories, such as tape or springs, are required to hold the two insulations together.
The insulation is designed so that the actuator is located outside the insulation to prevent it from overheating.
Versions:
ESBE VRI100 thermal insulations are available in sizes DN15/20, DN25, DN32 and DN40 and are designed for 3-way valves. If required
the isolation of a 4-way valve, a simple cut is sufficient to open the fourth opening already prepared.
