HTH® Powder Shock Chlorine. Stabiliser free - Cynuric Acid Free. Ideal for indoor swimming pools.
Kills all water-borne bacteria with it’s unique fast dissolving action which makes this a very fast acting shock.
HTH Shock granular calcium hypochlorite can be used as a regular pool sanitiser, it is especially recommended for pools that are open all year round.HTH Shock contains 10% more available chlorine than standard calcium hypochlorite and its fine particle size enables you to dose it directly into the pool rather than pre-dissolve.
It dissolves rapidly to form active free chlorine to kill bacteria and help control algae.
HTH Shock granules contain calcium which helps balance soft water, and it is stabiliser-free so avoiding the problem of ‘chlorine iso-lockout’.
Instructions:
- 150g per 10m3 will raise the free chlorine by approx 10mg/l (ppm)
The lid can be used to measure 100g, 200g, or 300g – a full lid shock treats 20m3 (20,000 litres or 4,400 Gallons of pool water by raising it 10ppm.
Superchlorinate the water at least every 2 weeks.
