HeatWave™ tanks are the best solution for thermal expansion and hydronic heating systems.

HeatWave™ tanks are built to the same rigorous standards as PressureWave™ and Challenger™ tanks.

They come with a carbon steel connection that incorporates a hexagonal nut for easy installation. Its air chamber sealed with a bronze air valve and ring seal on the lid will provide many years of leak-free and maintenance-free life. Automotive polyurethane paint finish on an epoxy base that resists the most aggressive environmental conditions anywhere in the world, both indoors and outdoors.

HeatWave™ tanks are tested at various stages of the production line to verify quality and ensure the structural integrity of each tank. HeatWave™ is designed for use in hydronic systems that use chemicals to prevent overheating and in closed loop expansion applications where lack of oxygen or additives prevent corrosion.

It cannot be used in hot water applications for human consumption since it is manufactured without the virgin polypropylene lining, with the metal of the tank body being in contact with the water.
